Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about study planning, visitor applications and working with Vortex Ease.

Where should I start with UK study?

Start with the Course Finder or request a free profile assessment. Our eight education services support different stages of the study journey.

Does Vortex Ease make university or scholarship decisions?

No. Universities and funding providers make their own decisions. Planning and preparation support does not guarantee an offer or award.

What documents do I need for a tourist visa application?

Typically, you'll need a valid passport, completed visa application form, passport-sized photographs, proof of accommodation, travel itinerary, bank statements showing sufficient funds, travel insurance, and return flight tickets. Requirements may vary by destination.

How long does the visa application process take?

Processing and appointment times vary by destination, nationality and application route. Check the relevant official authority and plan ahead; a decision date cannot be guaranteed.

Do you guarantee visa approval?

No. Visa decisions are made by the relevant authority. We can help organise accurate information and preparation, but support does not guarantee approval.

What countries do you provide visa services for?

Visitor services cover our existing Schengen countries, the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Russia. UK study support has its own education journey. Confirm the service available for your particular circumstances.

How much do your services cost?

Our service fees vary depending on the type of visa and destination. In addition to our service fee, you'll need to pay the embassy/consulate visa fee, which varies by country. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your specific requirements.

Can I convert a tourist visa to a work visa?

Visitor permission does not automatically allow employment or a switch to a work route. Check current destination-specific rules and seek authorised advice where needed.

What if my visa application is rejected?

Read the authority’s decision and any instructions about available next steps. For advice on a refusal or review, confirm the adviser’s regulatory authorisation and relevant scope.

Do I need travel insurance for my visa application?

Travel insurance is mandatory for Schengen visa applications and highly recommended for most other destinations. It provides coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances. We can help you obtain appropriate travel insurance that meets visa requirements.
