Applications
Prepare for your university application
Keep your academic evidence, references and course requirements together.
Read the programme requirements
Each institution sets its own application requirements. Read the official programme instructions and make a checklist of the documents, information and deadlines requested. Separate admission requirements from later visa requirements.
Gather your supporting evidence
Depending on the course, you may be asked for academic certificates, transcripts, references, a personal statement, English language evidence or a portfolio. Use the university’s checklist, and arrange any required translations in time.
Review the submission
Check names, dates and contact details against your documents. Make sure your statement addresses the chosen programme and that referees know the deadline. Keep copies of your submission and any correspondence about conditions or missing evidence.
